3. Made-to-Order Products

Many 3CHIC products are produced specifically upon order.

As a result:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements for change of mind, incorrect product selection, incorrect colour selection, incorrect quantity ordered, or buyer's remorse.
  • Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on this website are in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment providers. 3CHIC does not store complete payment card information on its servers.

5. Order Acceptance

Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

3CHIC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving:

  • Pricing errors.
  • Product availability issues.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Errors in customer information.
  • Violations of these Terms.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be processed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3CHIC is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather events, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Replacements

Returns, replacements, and remedies are governed by our Returns & Replacements Policy.

Replacements are provided only where:

  • A manufacturing defect exists.
  • A product fault affects intended use.
  • An incorrect item has been supplied by 3CHIC.
